The challenge was to create an identity that made Kob Kun more appealing than their competitors. We researched Kob Kun’s industry and created new content and copy throughout all their media including digital, print and social.
Kob Kun’s main goal was to attract new customers via social platforms. So we wrote out a strategic social campaign to be delivered throughout the year – devising of Facebook and Twitter posts targeting special occasions, national holidays and weather.
Another necessity was for the client to have the freedom to manage their website – this was achieved by developing their website with a CMS, granting them access to update text and timetables, add new pages and change background images. We guided the client with one-to-one sessions to make sure they were comfortable with managing the site themselves.
